National Reinsurance Corporation of the Philippines, also known as PhilNaRe, is a domestic professional reinsurance company that provides life and non-life reinsurance capacity to the Philippines and neighboring insurance markets. It was incorporated in 1978 and is the only domestic professional reinsurance company in the Philippines. PhilNaRe offers a range of reinsurance products for individual and group life, as well as non-life products such as fire, contractors all risks, and aviation hull reinsurance. The company is listed on the Philippine Stock Exchange with the trading symbol NRCP.

In 2022, Nat Re was named Reinsurer of the Year Asia at the International Business Magazine Awards.
